The rice protein provides all the essential amino acids, in ideal quantities. Sunflower seeds are very high in vitamins and minerals, hemp and flax seeds are rich in omega-3. Usage instructions

3 measuring spoons per day (25 to 30 grams). For example, make a protein shake using a measuring spoon of powder for 100ml of liquid (water or plant-based milk). BN's recommendation: Take at least three spoonfuls per day.
