Ce livre est une mine d'informations. Il écrit de manière "brute", c'est à dire sans fioritures et c'est ce que j'ai apprécié. Ce qui est parfois difficile, c'est de comprendre le file rouge de livre. Parfois j'ai l'impression de passer d'un thème à une autre sans comprendre la logique de ce passage. Je le recommande vivement. J'ai déjà commencé à changer quelques éléments de ma nutrition et je remarque la différence dans mon quotidien (par ex. mastication, jus de citron au déjeuner, protéines au déjeuner, élimination des boissons sucrées, etc...). Merci M. Bourquin! :-)
