Bowl Cake simple and easy
Ingredients
- 20 gr oatmeal
- 1 eggs
- 15 g of chestnut flour
- 15 g of vegetable protein
- 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of 100% cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of yeast in a packet
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation in 3 minutes!
Mix everything and put 2 minutes in the microwave!
Serve warm or cold, accompanied by examples of red fruits, dark chocolate or dried fruits. An ideal snack before going to practice your favorite physical activity.
